Morgan McKinley is delighted to be partnering with a market leading professional services firm with a national presence across the UK. Based in the heart of Brighton, East Sussex - our client is seeking to appoint a Billing Administrator.

We are ideally looking to speak to those with previous billing/ sales ledger experience. However, if you are looking for your first finance role and have an excellent track record in data-entry / administration we'd love to hear from you.

Salary: £28K - £35K per annum

Location: Brighton, East Sussex

Hours: 37.5hrs per week - 9-5.30pm

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Generate invoices and credit notes using the firm's billing system.
  • Prepare credit notes for refunds, corrections, or client-requested billing changes.
  • Support consolidated billing and e-billing tasks, including creating Excel spreadsheets and scanning documents.
  • Create copies of invoices for manager review, make amendments as needed, and send finalied versions to clients.
  • Produce cost reports in paper or electronic formats and share them with managers for job pricing.
  • Resolve invoicing queries efficiently.

  • Excellent administration and numerical experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
