Morgan McKinley is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a continuously growing organisation in the heart of Brighton, East Sussex. Our client is seeking to appoint a Part Time Finance Assistant with an emphasis on credit control / aged debt collection.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual with a proactive mindset and a hands-on approach.

Role: Part-Time Finance AssistantLocation: Brighton, hybrid working (2 office days per week)Salary: £28K pro rataHours: 25 / 30 hrs per week

Duties include:

  • Credit control for aged debts
  • Run weekly debtor reports
  • Validate commission amounts, processing commission and bonus payments
  • Manage in-bound AR related queries
  • Allocation of payments
  • Reconcile payments / deposits

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within finance, preferably accounts receivable / credit control
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills, including excel
