Senior Landscape Architect

A leading landscape architecture practice is seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to take a key role in the design, development, and delivery of high-end projects across the UK and internationally. This position offers an opportunity to work on luxury private estates, premium commercial developments, prestigious public spaces, and world-class resorts.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and technically proficient designer with a strong portfolio of high-end landscape projects. They will bring innovation and attention to detail, ensuring designs balance aesthetics and functionality while meeting client requirements and industry standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of landscape designs from concept to completion.
  • Produce high-quality presentations, reports, and technical drawings.
  • Oversee project execution, including contract administration and site visits.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant health, safety, and design legislation.
  • Contribute to business development, bid preparation, and client relationship management.


Skills & Experience

  • Strong conceptual and technical design skills, with a flair for innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication abilities for client and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (SketchUp, NBS, Enscape, and Revit desirable).
  • Chartered Landscape Architect or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • A proactive and strategic approach to project management and team leadership.
