Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior lawyers on a broad spectrum of commercial litigation cases.
- Gaining hands-on experience in corporate and commercial disputes, banking and finance litigation, insolvency, and debt recovery.
- Drafting legal documents, preparing case materials, and assisting in court proceedings.
- Providing legal research and strategic input to clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- A strong academic background and a keen interest in commercial litigation.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ideally, some experience in commercial litigation, though newly qualified candidates with a solid foundation in commercial law are encouraged to apply.
