A modern and highly respected boutique law firm are seeking to recruit a Commercial Property lawyer to join their specialist team in Brighton. They have multiple offices across Sussex and pride themselves being specialised experts across a range of legal services. The team have extensive experience providing legal advice and acting for a wide range of clients across the South East. The role is to deal with general commercial property work dealing with a broad range of commercial property clients including general landlord and tenant, property investment and large retail clients.
They are looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to be part of a progressive, commercially successful, but also friendly team.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive;
- Have experience in all areas of commercial property work;
- Have a strong work ethic and be prepared to work as an integral part of the team;
- Have the confidence and ability to communicate to a high standard;
- Have an aptitude for developing and marketing the department and the firm.
