Job Opportunity: Corporate Commercial Solicitor (NQ - 2 PQE)

Overview:We are seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a growing firm in Brighton. This opportunity is ideal for newly qualified solicitors or those with up to 2 years PQE looking to build their career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Managing non-contentious and transactional corporate and commercial matters
• Drafting shareholder agreements, confidentiality agreements, and commercial contracts
• Leading corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, restructures, partnerships, and joint ventures
• Advising on regulatory compliance, GDPR, data protection, intellectual property, and commercial rights

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
• Proficiency in case management systems and a proactive attitude
• Business development experience
