  • Provide comprehensive advice on long leasehold matters and tenancy issues, encompassing both residential and business tenancies.
  • Draft legal notices and conduct possession claims.
  • Advise on statutory matters affecting all areas of leasehold law.
  • Manage real estate litigation and professional negligence claims related to property matters.
  • Oversee a diverse property litigation caseload.
