We are seeking a Practice Manager to oversee our operations and contribute to our mission.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and billing processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and monitor the firm’s financial health.
  • Human Resources: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Oversee training and professional development programs.
  • Operations Management: Handle daily operational aspects such as office management, facilities, and technology. Ensure the firm has the necessary resources to support its legal work.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and enhance client relationships, manage communication, address concerns, and ensure high-quality legal services.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Oversee adherence to legal industry regulations and codes of conduct.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans. Set goals, identify growth opportunities, and develop business strategies.
  • Technology and Information Management: Manage the adoption and utilization of technology tools to streamline legal processes and enhance client service. Manage data and information security.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks such as legal malpractice or cybersecurity threats.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee administrative staff responsible for scheduling, document management, and client intake processes.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Engage in efforts to attract new clients and grow the firm’s client base.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
