A highly respected law firm in Brighton is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor looking for career progression, with clear routes to partnership in a supportive and ambitious firm.
The Role:As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Drafting wills and estate planning.
- Administration of estates and trusts.
- Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
- Advising high-net-worth clients on complex private client issues.
- Business development and mentoring junior team members.
- 3+ years PQE in private client law (for Solicitor level).
- 6+ years PQE for Senior Solicitor level.
- Strong technical expertise in wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
- Excellent client care skills and a proactive, commercial approach.
- STEP qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
