To be successful in this role you must:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Real Estate Disputes.
- Demonstrate interest in dispute resolution, encompassing property litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Competent IT skills.
