  • Oversee case progression with a dedicated paralegal and support from the file-opening and post-completion teams.
  • Handle a mix of work from panels and referrer relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing proactive and transparent communication.
  • Contribute to the growth of the property department, meeting and exceeding billing targets.
