The RoleAs a key member of the Property Department, you will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Draft and review contracts, deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure smooth progress.
  • Provide clear, professional advice to clients throughout their conveyancing journey.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and support junior team members as needed.

About YouThe ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years PQE in property law.
  • Have strong experience in handling residential property transactions.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of property law and legal processes.
  • Demonstrate a client-focused approach, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
  • Show strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
  • Be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
