About the role
Join our Quality team, based across our Eastbourne and Brighton manufacturing facilities, where you’ll lead the quality team, whilst ensuring product excellence, and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the Quality team through coaching, quarterly appraisals, and personal development plans.
- Maintain and audit our Integrated Management Systems (IMS and LMS) for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO17025 compliance.
- Manage internal and supplier corrective actions, leading 8D reports to drive quality improvements.
- Support the Quality Manager where required, overseeing quality-related activities and standards.
- Resolve significant product quality issues by leading cross-functional investigations.
- Support LEAN practices to minimise waste, improve processes, and maximize value.
- Promote environmental sustainability by enhancing resource efficiency and recycling initiatives.
- Collaborate on New Product Introduction, conducting quality reviews and risk assessments.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis sessions and provide training to enhance problem-solving skills.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in a Manufacturing Quality role within Electro-mechanical products.
- Experienced and has been trained to conduct internal quality audits.
