A Tier 1 Client of ours is currently seeking a talented Finishing Foreman to join their esteemed team and get there current project over the line
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the highest standards of building practices
- Conduct thorough checks to ensure compliance with building specifications and regulations
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintain records for compiling O&M manuals
- Plan and manage the activities of finishing trades to ensure timely project completion
- Site Inductions and daily briefings
- Health and Safety and safe working practice
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the project
- Strong understanding of building specifications and regulations
- Experience in compiling information for O&M manuals and managing project documentation
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise finishing trades effectively
