- Drafting and formatting legal paperwork and correspondence.
- Audio dictation and transcription.
- Managing and maintaining client records.
- Liaising with courts and third-party organisations.
- Engaging directly with clients.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Family or Matrimonial Law.
- Expertise in preparing court bundles.
- Strong IT abilities, particularly in Excel.
- Immediate availability, ready to apply existing knowledge effectively.
- A team player with a positive attitude and keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Adaptable and willing to assist fellow Secretaries when needed.
