- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
- Audio typing and transcription.
- Keeping client records up to date.
- Communicating with courts and external organisations.
- Providing direct client interaction.
- Organising schedules and managing diaries.
- At least two years’ experience in Family or Matrimonial Law.
- Proficiency in compiling court bundles.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
- Immediate availability with the ability to apply existing expertise effectively.
- A collaborative mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to support fellow Secretaries as required.
