We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic Residential Conveyancing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to support Solicitors and Conveyancing Executives while managing their own caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion (freehold & leasehold).
- Draft legal documents, conduct property searches, and handle pre/post-completion formalities (SDLT, AP1s).
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth process.
- Provide outstanding client service, keeping clients informed throughout.
- Support junior paralegals and contribute to team success.
