An exciting opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join the private client department of a leading UK law firm.
The successful candidate will be required to attend the Brighton office and manage the administration of estates with limited supervision.
Daily duties include drafting accounts for estates and dealing with complex estates and wills, with the potential to manage a caseload under supervision.
Applicants should have experience with client instructions, wills, lasting powers of attorney, and administration of estates, with prior experience in court of protection work being highly desirable.
A law degree or equivalent is required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

Daily duties will include managing administration of estates with limited supervision, drafting accounts for estates well as dealing with more complex estates and wills. There will the potential to manage your own caseload under the supervision of one of the lawyers.

Applicants will bring with them experience of dealing with client instructions, wills and lasting powers of attorney and administration of estates. Any prior experience assisting with court of protection work is highly desirable. You will have completed a law degree or equivalent and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
