An exciting opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join the private client department of a leading UK law firm. The successful candidate will be required to attend the Brighton office.

Daily duties will include managing administration of estates with limited supervision, drafting accounts for estates well as dealing with more complex estates and wills. There will the potential to manage your own caseload under the supervision of one of the lawyers.

Applicants will bring with them experience of dealing with client instructions, wills and lasting powers of attorney and administration of estates. Any prior experience assisting with court of protection work is highly desirable. You will have completed a law degree or equivalent and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
