Key Responsibilities:
- Assist fee-earners in managing caseloads across Wills, Trusts, Estates, Estate Administration, and Powers of Attorney.
- Handle client queries, ensuring all matters are processed efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain and manage client files in compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
- Contribute to the growth of the firm’s client base and support business development initiatives.
- Provide cover for reception and general office administration tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Person Specification:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal, ideally within Private Client.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Digital Dictation, and Case Management Systems.
- A proactive and friendly team player with excellent communication skills.
