Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking for a new opportunity in a friendly and diverse environment? We are working with a boutique law firm based in the heart of Brighton, and they are seeking a talented paralegal to join their Private Client team. As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with client instructions and ensuring the smooth administration of estates. You will be working on a variety of tasks, including drafting Wills and handling Lasting Powers of Attorney. While experience in Court of Protection work would be advantageous, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the administration of estates and drafting legal documents.
  • Handling client instructions professionally and efficiently.
  • Preparing and managing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Supporting with general Private Client matters.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal is desirable.
  • Competent in dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate administration.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in Court of Protection work is desirable but not required.
