We are working with a well-established UK law firm, known for its international reach, which currently has a vacancy for an experienced paralegal to join its private client team in Brighton. This role is based at their centrally located Brighton office, a welcoming and diverse environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling private client matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, and estate administration. Experience in Court of Protection work is desirable but not essential. Whether you’re a qualified legal executive, a paralegal with solid experience, or currently studying towards qualification, this opportunity offers a great environment to develop your skills further.

You will be comfortable with the administration of wills and lasting powers of attorney, managing estate administration with minimal supervision, drafting forms for HMRC, and preparing estate accounts. Ideally, you will also have some exposure in Court of Protection matters. You’ll be keen to expand your knowledge in dealing with complex estates and could even manage your own caseload under supervision.
