About The Job:Are you an enthusiastic Paralegal looking to further develop your career? We are seeking an individual to join our client's team in a unique practice area. Previous experience in conveyancing and property work is highly desirable for this role. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth transactions and providing exceptional support to solicitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating as an effective team member, assisting with all aspects of commercial property work for a unique set of clients.
  • Handling related property work generated by the team, including drafting, negotiating, and completing deeds of easements, licenses, sub-station leases, and transfers.
  • Conducting title reviews and managing land registry and other title consents.
  • Managing your own caseload under supervision, ensuring the achievement of personal fee targets.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and positive approach to your work.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
