An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join my clients team in their Brighton offices.

The role will be working within the Residential Conveyancing department, supporting the Solicitors and Conveyancing Executives with running their own cases in the busy department.

The role is suitable for an experienced Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Conveyancing Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking new enquiries- Providing quotations to new clients- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions, with limited support.- Draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and other related documents.- Conduct property searches and due diligence checks.- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties.- Provide clients with regular updates and exceptional customer service throughout the conveyancing process.- Assisting on Solicitors and Conveyancing Executives matters- Post-completion administration including submission of SDLT and AP1s- Assist in training and supporting junior paralegals.- Handle client queries and resolve issues as they arise.Skills, Experience & Benefits:
