We are actively searching for a highly motivated and dynamic individual who possesses a meticulous eye for detail and a steadfast dedication to achieving excellence on behalf of both our business and our customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate these key responsibilities:

  • Reporting Generation and Data Accuracy
  • Invoicing Management
  • System Utilisation and Reporting
  • Database Development
  • Emergency Phone Coverage
  • Collaborative Coordination

Customer Service:

  • Post-Sale Feedback Management: Oversee the entire post-sale customer feedback process related to operations. Monitor and address both positive and negative feedback, ensuring effective resolution of customer complaints concerning transport.
  • Incident Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for any transport-related issues, such as coach breakdowns or replacements, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

Health & Safety:

  • Audit Management: Take ownership of the health and safety (H&S) audit process for all transport provisions. Maintain a central directory of audits and ensure thorough management of H&S procedures. This role will be supported by an H&S executive who will receive guidance from the Operations Executive and General Manager regarding all transport-related H&S aspects.

Job Title: Operations Executive

Salary: 25-30k + 15% annual bonus based on company performance

Location: Brighton

Full Time: Monday - Friday
