Operations Assistant

Office based role - central Brighton

Salary up to £25,000 dependant on experience

Pavilion Recruitment are looking for a meticulous and proactive Operations Assistant to join our vibrant team. With offices in Brighton and Horsham, Pavilion Recruitment is an ambitious and growing specialist recruitment agency, looking to expand our in-house Operations team.

This is a busy and varied role that will give you exposure to the many different areas of Pavilion, and the ability to contribute to the smooth running of the business is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and support to the Head of Operations.
  • Provide IT support, manage assets, and assist with equipment sourcing.
  • Support consultants with job listings and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding and leave tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for the company directors on any ongoing and new projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Experience in an administrative or office management role is a plus.
  • A good level of IT skill is required as you will be a systems and tech champion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high performing environment.
