Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and brand promotion. You will gain hands-on experience working on a variety of marketing activities, helping to raise the visibility of our services and enhance client engagement. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their marketing skills within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Support the creation of content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing materials that align with the company’s messaging and brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence, including posting regular content, interacting with followers, and tracking performance metrics across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Email Marketing: Assist with the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including the design, scheduling, and reporting of email newsletters and client updates.
- Website Updates: Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential customers to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
- Event & Webinar Support: Assist with the organization and promotion of company events, webinars, and online campaigns, including managing event registrations and post-event follow-ups.
- Reporting & Analytics: Support the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining a consistent and professional image.
- A strong interest in marketing, particularly within the technology or IT sector.
- A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic website management is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and develop marketing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) would be an advantage.
- Experience in B2B marketing or technology marketing is beneficial.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
