Job Title - Marketing Executive

Length - Permanent

Salary - £30k

Location - Brighton - Hybrid, 3 days in 2 days from home

DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Manage Social Breaks, Holidays plan events, and support volunteers.
  • Create marketing campaigns to boost awareness and engagement at events.
  • Develop and deliver marketing materials (emails, ads, social media, publications) across channels.
  • Design email campaigns
  • Oversee community publications with the design team and printers.
  • Plan and create social media content
  • Update and maintain community web pages using CMS.
  • Manage email inboxes and phone lines with strong customer service.
  • Ensure all channels are updated and improved regularly.
  • Use feedback and data to guide marketing and plans.
  • Support other teams and departments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection, Health & Safety, and regulatory policies.
  • Proofread marketing materials as needed.
  • Attend meetings, including offsite and after-hours when required.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience within a similar role or keen to get into Marketing with some experience.
  • Be confident with all MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact confidently with colleagues / clients at all levels.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
