Our client, a leading organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Manufacturing Engineer for a contract role in Brighton.
- Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold the British nationality and be willing to undergo basic security checks.
- 4-5 days per week onsite in Brighton.
- 6-9 month contract.
- Competitive rates, inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the technology transfer of cable harness preparation.
- Ensuring accurate and compliant processes in cable harness preparation.
- Providing structured and standardised knowledge transfer.
- Supporting the continuity and minimising disruptions to ongoing projects.
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve project milestones on the project.
- Maintaining flexibility and cost-efficiency within project timelines.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in electrical manufacturing.
- Proficiency in cable harness preparation and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage technology transfer and ensure compliance with standards.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for knowledge transfer processes.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
