Mechanical Design Engineer

This is a great opportunity to join a specialist building services consultancy who provide highly technical expertise to various multidisciplined projects across the UK. They are looking for an intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their engineering team in their offices based in East Sussex.
- Help develop and grow the mechanical engineering team by providing solutions to projects and mentor the more junior members
- Maintain current client relationship and help acquire new clients, business and opportunities
- Produce sustainable and mechanical strategies for buildings and make sure quality design measures are met
- Carry out site surveys and inspections throughout the construction phase
The ideal candidate will have:
- An educational background within mechanical or building services engineering
- Chartership or working towards their CIBSE accreditation
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a mechanical and building services engineering field, with a successful background in designing projects through all stages of development
- Experience with multidisciplinary projects and working within a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
