Elite Energy are working directly for one of the largest boiler Manufacturers in the UK who are now looking to expand their team in the Southern region.

Field Service Heat Pump Engineer - Covering Postcode Areas; CT TN BN RH

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will carry out Servicing and Repairs on Vaillant Group brand products.

This role will include fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs.

Deliver Customer Service Excellence at every opportunity.

Work towards KPIs and support our Sales Department.

Follow procedures and processes set by Field Service and support Field Sales Initiatives.

All activities above will be supported by a well-established team of Operational Support Technicians and training department.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The successful candidate will hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates and preferably live locally to the area.

Must have experience in the service & repair of Ground Source & Air Source Heat Pumps.

Ideally hold their F-Gas qualification.

Excellent customer service skills.

A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and have effective communications and IT skills.

An extremely flexible and adaptable approach is required to ensure our customers expectations are exceeded.

This position requires a highly motivated individual from a field engineering background, whose knowledge and ability to understand and balance customer expectations with stakeholder needs will result in customer service excellence.

The candidate must have an interest to grow their skills and knowledge to carry out work on any developing future technologies such as Renewable and Commercial products.
