They are looking to expand their team in Brighton and are seeking a Personal Assistant to join them on a full time basis. You will be responsible for providing support, managing calendars and travel, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The Requirements:
- Experience providing executive-level support in Marketing and Brand
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledgeable in social media platforms
- Strong organisational abilities
- Skilled at managing complexity and adapting to fast-paced environments
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on process improvement
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Takes ownership and accountability for tasks
- Able to adapt to change while maintaining focus and efficiency
- Proactive in managing meeting arrangements, preparing materials, and prioritising tasks

The Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive Team's diary, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow in collaboration with the EA team.
- Oversee Exec Team meeting governance and support in actioning business strategy and annual priorities.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including complex visas, for the Exec Team.
- Appreciation of time zones and cultures, experience of working globally is an advantage.
- Represent the Exec Team professionally and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Handle Purchase Order and Vendor creation processes and assist with budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Authorise team holidays and absences.
- Organise and participate in internal/external business events and forums.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams on updates and Townhalls.
- Assist with or manage various projects, research, and continuously suggest improvements within the EA team.
