The opportunity:

Join a small but growing sales function with big plans for the year, as this already highly successful business continue their growth trajectory.

Focussing on Northern Europe, UK & I you’ll work closely with the CRO and Head of Sales to drive revenue, predominantly through warm, inbound leads! But, we want you keen to earn, so outbound efforts and self-gen are desirable!

Joining a team off 3, you’ll sit pre-booked demo’s generated through significant marketing and sales development investment. Take control of your pipeline, your revenue number and your earning potential!

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking push their sales career forward, working for a business that will only continue to expand! You’ll also work with a CRO that has worked for some of the most recognisable tech brands on the planet!

Who fits this role:

  • Experience and track record in SaaS Sales, personally delivering a new business sales quota.
  • Fully fluent in German to a native speaking level.
  • Self-motivated and keen to make a difference. We want someone to come with ideas and answers or seek them!
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to turn vision into action.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and results-focused mindset.

Bonus points:

  • Experience within InfoSec, RegTech, Compliance-Tech or GRC solutions.

The package:

  • £50,000 basic with a double (uncapped) OTE - £100k
