Reed Brighton is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a leading company in the digital print industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both large and small format sales and possess a strong technical understanding of print and fabrication processes.
Day-to-Day of the Role:- Drive sales and achieve annual targets between £300,000 - £500,000.
- Identify and target potential customer groups to expand market reach.
- Actively create and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Update CRM systems daily to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Seek, establish, and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Solve problems efficiently and effectively, providing reliable solutions to clients.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in large and small format sales within the digital print industry.
- Strong technical understanding of print and fabrication processes.
- Proven ability to break into new markets and generate significant sales.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
