EYFS Teacher - Lancing

Are you a creative, compassionate, and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher looking to make a real impact at the very start of a child’s learning journey? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years professional to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lancing, committed to delivering outstanding early education.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn
  • Monitor and assess progress through observations and learning journeys
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider school team to support holistic development
  • Promote early language, social skills, and emotional well-being through meaningful interactions and routines

The Ideal Candidate:

? Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has EYFS experience? Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early child development?
