Office Administrator
Are you a strong Administrator, looking to work for a well-established company and can start in December 2024?
This is an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a company based in Central Brighton on a full time, permanent basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays working 10am-4pm. This is a fully office-based role and will be paying £26k Per Annum.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Being first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries
- Monitoring and responding to emails efficiently
- Processing applications and completing referencing for clients
- Completing Right to Rent checks and writing up contracts
- Supporting general office duties such as filing, scanning, franking, sending post, and data entry
- Handling keys for contractors entering the office
To be successful for this position, you must be highly organised with strong attention to detail (accurate and good typing skills). You must be an excellent communicator, with the ability to work under pressure and strong knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
