We are seeking an Office Manager/PA to manage our Brighton office, ensuring a safe, secure, and productive workspace for our employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills and decision-making capabilities.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage all aspects of the Brighton office, including security, supplies, and liaising with the property team, landlord, and external contractors to maintain high standards.
- Responsible for Health & Safety management at the Brighton office sites.
- Organise meetings at the Brighton office or external venues, including preparing agendas, slide decks, maintaining the boardroom, and arranging lunch/refreshments.
- Help organise staff socials, entertaining, and events within the available budget.
- Manage deliveries and post in and out of the Brighton site.
- Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including diary management, email support, meetings, travel, expense management, and some personal tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Engage in ad-hoc project work as required by the business.
- Experience in office management or facilities management.
- Knowledge and experience in Health and Safety management within an office environment.
- Exceptional people skills – strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Organised and capable of managing changing priorities.
- Good written communication skills.
