Hours: Monday to Friday - Full Time

You must have a valid driving licence

Responsibilities:

  • To promote and help deliver a high standard of Customer Care to all residents
  • Assist in monitoring, evaluation and control of service performance
  • Ensure strong communication links exist between the resident, the client and operational team to enable works to be managed effectively
  • Act proactively to ensure that any issues that arise are dealt resolved quickly and effectively
  • Co-ordinate and attend meetings with residents, updating diaries, records and reports

Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar
  • Valid driving licence
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Some flexibility of working hours may be required (evening meetings)
  • Self motivated and calm under pressure
