Hours: Monday to Friday - Full Time
You must have a valid driving licence
Responsibilities:
- To promote and help deliver a high standard of Customer Care to all residents
- Assist in monitoring, evaluation and control of service performance
- Ensure strong communication links exist between the resident, the client and operational team to enable works to be managed effectively
- Act proactively to ensure that any issues that arise are dealt resolved quickly and effectively
- Co-ordinate and attend meetings with residents, updating diaries, records and reports
Qualifications:
- Over 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar
- Valid driving licence
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Some flexibility of working hours may be required (evening meetings)
- Self motivated and calm under pressure
