Cover Supervisors Needed For a Good rated school in Brighton

Engage Education is currently working with a school in Brighjton with the OFSTED rating of Good who are actively seeking Cover Supervisors to join their dynamic team.

About the role

You will be leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers for varying subjects at a good Ofsted-rating school near Brighton as soon as possible. This school is all about innovation and creating a well-balanced learning environment for the students.

You will receive training provided by the school and Engage Education and will be a part of a close and dynamic team. This role has very little planning and marking. This is a good opportunity to work at an OFSTED 'Good’ school that is very supportive and whose core principles are to challenge, evolve and nurture pupils.

About you

  • Experience working with students aged 5-16
  • Flexibility to work on different subjects
  • Confident managing behaviour
  • An ability to build rapport with students
  • Have a fun but firm presence
  • An interest in education

We welcome applications from candidates with any level of experience, although previous experience of working with students with challenging behaviour will be an advantage.
