Temporary Executive PA

Our client is a public sector organisation in Brighton. They are recruiting for a temporary EPA to join them, offering a hybrid working pattern, 1- 2 days in the office a week the rest at home. Hours of work 9am-5pm, The successful candidate will support the Executive office supporting one director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project administration
  • Diary Management
  • Managing inboxes
  • Creating meeting agendas, taking minutes

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Executive PA CEO office
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
