Description
As a HR Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities.
- Collaborate with the team to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
- Manage the department's telephone and email inbox.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent administration experience
- Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
