Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a long-standing business in the Brighton area on apermanent basis.

Your duties will include:

  • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner from start to finish
  • Create and maintain payroll records
  • Calculate part months & holiday
  • Manage statutory payments
  • Process P45’s
  • Liaise with clients, clarifying calculations as necessary.
  • Managing client pension schemes via a multiple of pension providers e.g. setting up and monthly uploading

Key requirements:

  • Ideally you will have experience of working in a payroll position
  • Payroll bureau experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Competent Excel user
  • Strong attention to detail

This role would suit someone who is looking to expand their payroll knowledge as you will be exposed to a wide variety of payroll processes, dealing with multiple businesses. You will be joining a fun and social team.
