Role Overview:

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end payroll process for a diverse portfolio of clients after being provide hands on support and training. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll operations while adhering to statutory requirements and maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Payroll Processing - Manage and process the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation and regulations.
  • Data Management - Collect, verify, and input payroll data from various sources, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Client Communication - Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from clients, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Compliance and Reporting - Ensure all payroll activities comply with statutory regulations and company policies. Prepare and submit necessary reports, such as PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
  • Utilize payroll software to process payrolls and update systems with any changes in client information, tax codes, or pay rates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
