As a Band 8A Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications across the organisation. You will provide expert pharmaceutical care, lead pharmacy services, and support clinical teams in optimising patient outcomes.

You will be working with a renowned healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality patient care. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Band 8A Pharmacist to join their dynamic pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

Screen chemotherapy prescriptions, check chemotherapy, oncology ward cover Conduct medication reviews and ensure the safe prescribing and administration of medicines. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in pharmaceutical care.Qualifications

Master's degree in Pharmacy and full registration with GPC.Significant experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, ideally at a senior level.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.Benefits
