We are seeking a Locum Band 6/7 Physiotherapist to join a dynamic Frailty Therapy Team in Brighton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the Same Day Emergency Care Unit, providing early assessment and intervention to facilitate safe discharge back home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective assessment & intervention in the Same Day Emergency Care Unit.
  • Work as part of an integrated therapy team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Therapy Assistants.
  • Deliver holistic and comprehensive patient assessments across three frailty wards.
  • Support patients in regaining function and independence to improve outcomes and reduce hospital stays.
What We’re Looking For:
  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist
  • Previous experience working in acute or frailty settings
  • Strong assessment and discharge planning skills
