Insurance Broker Accounts (IBA) Manager - London

Sanderson are partnering with a market leader in the Insurance industry. Our client is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented individual to join their growing Insurance Broker Accounts (IBA) team. Based in London, this role involves managing client money, overseeing a team of associates, and maintaining key relationships with clients and insurance underwriters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IBA bureau team across London and Brighton.
  • Monitor KPIs/SLAs and ensure team performance meets business requirements.
  • Act as the escalation point for technical queries and oversee payment approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
  • Support system process reviews and testing to stay updated with market changes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Finance or IBA background, with a good understanding of insurance principles and FSA client money rules.
  • Experience with London Market trading platforms and desktop software like Excel, Power BI, and Brokersure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven line management experience.
