We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Project Manager (D365) to lead the delivery of complex Microsoft Dynamics projects.
This role involves planning and directing resources to ensure projects are delivered within agreed time lines while maximising profitability. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships, driving sustained revenue growth and high client satisfaction. Your success in this role will be measured by project profitability, client satisfaction (NPS scores), and team billability targets, along with proactive client expectation management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Delivery
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and forecasts.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery from contract signing to handover to the support team within agreed time frames.
- Achieve client billable utilisation targets across various project phases (configuration, PM, etc.).
Financial and Commercial Management
- Deliver projects within estimated effort, scope, and time frames.
- Manage change requests to minimise project overruns.
- Plan and optimise project delivery to ensure maximum profitability.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Proactively manage and exceed client expectations.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues within agreed project deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify and manage risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Determine and communicate priorities clearly, highlighting the impact of any changes.
Process and Reporting
- Adhere to delivery, financial, and technology processes.
- Provide accurate, timely data to support project reporting.
- Ensure all project information is up-to-date within the CRM system.
Required Experience and Skills
Qualifications and Skills
- Agile or equivalent project management qualification.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience
- Proven experience in technology project management, particularly within a supplier environment.
- Expertise in delivering profitable client projects.
- Strong conflict management and resolution skills.
Desirable Skills
- Certification or course completion in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics (specialism preferred).
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
