    • Oversee project execution, monitoring progress, and addressing any challenges to ensure successful delivery.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project goals and deliverables.
    • Manage client expectations and provide regular status updates, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
    • Ensure team members have a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
    • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  4. Risk Management and Problem-Solving:

    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
    • Proactively address issues and obstacles, ensuring swift resolution to maintain project momentum.
  5. Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare and present project status reports, including updates on progress, risks, and financial performance.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, meeting minutes, and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology consultancy or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with technology and software development processes is highly desirable.
