AUCTION SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Brighton, BN1
Salary: OTE £40k +
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are looking for an experienced AuctionSales Negotiator to join a forward-thinking Estate Agency in the Brighton area.
You will need to have a great track record in Residential Sales preferably within the auction sector. You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.
To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience, a proven track record of achievement in a sales role and experience in valuations and listings.

Skills required for this Auction Sales Negotiatorrole will include:
- Experience in Auction Residential Sales
- Superb selling and negotiation skills
- Thorough knowledge of the auction sales process
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Brighton area helpful
- Full UK Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
