- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
- Act as the main point of contact for property owners and residents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and legislations.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.
- Manage and resolve any property-related disputes or complaints.
- Regularly report on property performance and financials.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
